We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Director to join our growing team. This is a high-impact "Player-Coach" role designed for an operator who thrives on both high-level strategy and technical execution.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will be the builder and owner of our marketing engine. You won't just manage a strategy; you’ll build and execute it, launch the campaigns, and eventually scale the team that powers our growth.
📊 What you’ll spend your time on
- Design our marketing roadmap and personally oversee the execution of integrated campaigns that drive revenue.
- Own the full-funnel lead generation strategy, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn Ads, content-led growth, and multi-channel B2B playbooks.
- Act as the primary owner of our marketing and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, etc.), ensuring seamless lead routing, data integrity, and automation.
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights to improve ROI and report on growth to the executive team.
- Work closely with the COO to bridge the gap between marketing activity and bottom-line business objectives.
👩💻 Capabilities
- You have ****4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing; AdTech experience is highly prioritized, though backgrounds in E-commerce, Analytics, or MarTech are strongly welcomed.
- You are a power user of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot. You don't wait for a dev or an admin to fix a workflow or an ad set - you do it yourself.
- You have a proven track record of building B2B marketing operations from the ground up within fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed and execution are paramount.
- You possess exceptional English skills and the ability to translate complex product features into a compelling story that resonates with B2B buyers.
